29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 25, 2024, on the east side of the construction site located at 4465 Griffin Rd, Davie, Florida 33314, employees were exposed to a 13.33-foot fall hazard while working in the proximity of open sided edges while setting up formwork without being protected from falling with a conventional fall protection system.
