29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At the work located at 801 West Wilson, Ottawa, Kansas, employees performing painting and paint preparation activities had not been provided effective hazard communication training and were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Clean 'N Etch which is a corrosive and can cause skin and eye damage, and Sherloxane 800 part A and B which are corrosives and suspected carcinogens.
