29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Molding station #6 - On or about February 28, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a sprocket wheel and chain driving a MAC Automation Concepts, Inc. Incline Conveyor belt was enclosed thereby exposing employees to caught-in hazards that could results in laceration and amputation. Abatement documentation is not required of this item.
