29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) Facility The employer did not train each employees exposed to lead during melting and casting activities during bullet head manufacturing. Surfaces in the facility contained accumulations of lead such as, but not limited to, refrigerator door handle at 683.3 micrograms, microwave door handle at 351.6 micrograms, entry door interior door handle at 133.6 micrograms and women's bathroom right faucet handle at 88.0 micrograms. A piece of metal obtained from caster #4 contained 86.49% lead. Violation occurred on or about January 20, 2024.
