29 CFR 1915.13(b)(11): Air moving equipment and its component parts were not electrically bonded to the vessel or, in the case of landside spaces, grounded to prevent an electric discharge in the space. Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC 81: On and/or March 14, 2024, employee(s) were tasked to perform cleaning operations in the fuel tanks 1-4, overflow tank, and oily waste tank. MOUNTO 1HP 3000cfm 12inch Industrial Axial Blower Ventilation Fan Exhaust Blower was not electrically bonded to the vessel nor grounded to prevent an electric discharge in the space. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to fire and/or electrical shock hazard(s).
