29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a.) At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, forklift operations were conducted with a Hyster propane forklift with leaking hydraulic fluid, brakes inoperable, missing a seatbelt and not having signaling devices.
