29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Imperial Bag & Paper Co. LLC located at 350 4th Street, Perrysburg, Ohio, 43551: On or about October 19, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that the palleted products stored upon the metal racking were positioned in a way that was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. Employees operating on and around the material in storage were exposed to struck by hazards due to damaged/compromised pallets and racking supports.
