29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted. a) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #3 Unidentified Column): On or about August 3, 2023, the employer failed to ensure electrical equipment was properly secured to its mounting surface, exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock. Electrical lines were observed damaged and pulling away from columns unsecured, exposing employees to live wires and caught in hazards.
