29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2023, in the facility, where electrical cords, metal pieces and other items cover parts of the shop floor, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure the shop is kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work would allow.
