29 CFR 1910.272(g)(3): In the grain handling facility communications (visual, voice, or signal line) were not maintained between the observer and employee entering the bin, silo, or tank: a) Cedar Head, LLC, 715 Enterprise Road, Colquitt, Georgia; at the grain elevator bins, on or about April 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to engulfment hazards from stored grain, in that the employer did not ensure that adequate communication methods were being used by an employee acting as an observer while an employee was inside the bin.
