29 CFR 1926.417(c): Tags were not placed to identify plainly the equipment or circuits being worked on: (a) On or about March 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure tags were put in place on the appropriate electrical circuit and or its breaker(s) located in the electrical supply control panel marked - A1 277/480 volt. Employees were involved in work activities that included working on and around an energized 277 (VAC) 3 phase electrical circuit that was a part of a High Bay lighting fixture replacement upgrade project without proper identification of the energized circuit. (b) On or about March 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure tags were put in place on the appropriate electrical circuit and or its breaker(s) located in the electrical supply control panel marked - A1 277/480 volt. Employees were involved in work activities that included working on and around an energized 277 (VAC) 3 phase electrical circuit that was a part of a High Bay lighting fixture replacement upgrade project without proper identification of the energized circuit.
