The employer did not annually certify that operating procedures were current and accurate. Instance a.) On or about 03/08/2023, at the facility located in Enid Oklahoma, the employer did not annually certify the "SOP-LTR-V1 Operation of Low Temperature Recirculator," operating procedure was current and accurate. This condition exposed employees to potential anhydrous ammonia release hazards. Instance b.) On or about 03/08/2023, at the facility located in Enid Oklahoma, the employer did not annually certify the "SOP-MTR-V3 Operation of Medium Temperature Recirculator" operating procedure was current and accurate.
