29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) Facility: On or about 3/9/2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee with occupational exposure to blood that was designated to provide first aid and remove metal splinters using tweezers and sewing needles from other employees hands was trained on Bloodborne Pathogens. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
