29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked: On or about October 18, 2022, and at times prior thereto, secondary containers of hazardous chemicals throughout the facility were not labeled. Employees were exposed to contact with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to isopropyl alcohol, bubble leak alcohol, WD-40 and methyl ethyl ketone.
