29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Finishing Department - On January 11, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment, such as armored cable used to power a Krause football embossing press, were used and installed in accordance with the instructions included in the listing as it was not supported or enclosed. (b) Finishing Department - On January 11, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment, such as metal junction boxes used to power the water pump on the Brush Finishing machine, were used and installed in accordance with the instructions included in the listing as it was not enclosed.
