29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program were understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls were acquired by employees: (a) 4022 Mill Road, Skaneateles, NY 13152 on or about September 14, 2022: Employees were not provided training on the energy control program including, but not limited to, employees working in the Powder Room who are exposed to point of operation hazards while cleaning the All-Fill Auger Filler. Abatement certification must be submitted.
