Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used: As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; a) On or about September 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure flexible extension cords were not used as fixed wiring in the greenhouse to supply power to two exhaust fans and the Rain Bird sprinkler system control panel.
