29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a)Steinhaus Brothers, Inc. dba SBI Manufacturing at 47061 Phillip Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to August 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from electrical and tripping hazards, in that sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained for electrical Panel H3. This condition exposed employees to electrical and tripping hazards.
