At 454 Park St, Sebring, FL: On or about 06/23/2022, the employer exposed employees to in-running nip point, crushing hazards, in that the truss press machines rollers are not guarded while employees are conducting truss assembly tasks. b.) At 454 Park St, Sebring, FL: On or about 06/23/2022, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the double angled IDACO saw is not properly guarded allowing employees access to spin the blades during startup of the saw.
