29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to fire hazards. This occurred on or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working in paint booths with containers of potentially toxic or hazardous materials without a legible label. This included, but was not limited to the use of lacquer thinner during spraying operations. The employer failed to ensure that all container labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container.
