29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B):Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: a) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 Employees were exposed to fire hazards as they were working with live extension cords that were run through walls from the inside to the outside of the building and powering tools such as the Lincoln Electric Power Mig 256 welder and DeWalt DWE 43116 grinder. Violation was observed on or about June 1, 2022.
