29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage - Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., was stored in tiers that were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse: a) 188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ: A two tier, automotive part storage shelf was being held up by a chain secured to a fence to prevent it from collapsing exposing employees to struck by hazards. The employer did not ensure the storage of materials did not create a hazard on or about May 19, 2022.
