29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Linkwood Avenue/S. Clifton Ave., Wilmington, Delaware 19805: On or about May 5, 2022, employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed street paving work, the employer failed to provide signs visible to the public while traveling on S. Clifton Avenue East and West to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to sewer maintenance repair work.
