29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employee was not prohibited to be underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment: a) Todd's Lane (East Bound Lane) & Edgemoor Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19802 (East Bound Lane): On or about May 5, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in excavation/trenching work did not work underneath loads that were being lifted and lowered into a trench. Excavator was located on the West side of the trench within 2 feet of the edge directly above an employee while the bucket was raised and lowered with the employee directly under it.
