29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (Construction Reference 1926.103) At a worksite located at 1956 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 21, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not ensure that employees working with Class II asbestos-containing materials and required to wear respiratory protection were properly stored after use.
