29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Facility: On or about 4/20/2022, Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used in the workplace including, but not limited to, Orca Composites Resin Solution, a Category 3 Flammable, and Orca Solutions MEKP, a corrosive, were not available. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
