29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about February 17, 2022: the employer failed to ensure that effective guarding was in place to protect employees from the in-going nip point of chain and sprocket transmission equipment of the "Corner Post" machine. The hazard area where the chain meets the sprocket was not guarded on the "Corner Post" machine during the corner making process of cardboard manufacturing.
