29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Air Craft Wheels, LLC located at 1158 Center Rd, Avon Ohio: On or about December 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure machine specific lockout procedures were developed and documented for the the Hammond Polishing and Buffing Lathe located in the finishing department. Employees were exposed to crushing injuries from the electric and pneumatic energy sources when performing belt changes.
