29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Workers were exposed to amputation hazards while trying to manually refeed dough through 2the press rollers, Taehung Engineering TMI-CJ17J02, on the noodle line. Violation occurred on or about February 13, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
