29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to prevent employees from being contacted by bacteria. This condition was most recently observed on or about 11/17/2021, where employees were required to use the plant restroom with toilet and urinal facilities either out of order, covered with plywood or filled with urine and fecal matter. The employer failed to keep these places of employment clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows.
