29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the battery charging area, the employer failed to provide eyewash facilities for the electrical forklift charging operations, exposing employees to exposure to corrosive materials. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
