29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) Worksite at 621 Main St, Boonton, NJ A worker was exposed to electrical hazards as he was working on an Aluma-Pole scaffold while replacing siding. The scaffold was in contact with the service drop exposing the worker to up to 240V. Violation occurred on or about 09/21/2021.
