Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 007 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) Mill 6, Flooring Rip Line - Equipment did not have a continuous and effective path to ground in that the conduit, which carried wiring going into the electrical box on the rear of the Precision Parts Connection LLC inverted swing cut-off (jump) saw, known as Cutter #1, separated from the fitting, exposing the conductors, exposing employees to an electrical hazard, on or about September 2, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
