29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: On or about August 23, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees working with test equipment used the proper rated equipment for the voltage being tested. The employer allowed employees to use a 1000 voltmeter to test primary voltages over 4000 volts.
