29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: a) Throughout the warehouse, on or about July 1, 2021, the employer failed to ensure pedestrian passageways were marked, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards from powered industrial truck traffic.
