29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 06-14-2021, and times prior thereto, located at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, 701 E Byrd Street Richmond, Virginia 23219, at the maintenance workbench in the load dock area, employee(s) were exposed to an electrical shock hazard from an electrical power cord with a plug end that had inadequate strain relief. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
