This was most recently documented on or about June 8, 2021, at Gator Industries, LLC located at 300 North Black Cat Road, Joplin, Missouri. The operator failed to avoid carrying loads over people. The Lorain MCH 250D 25 ton truck mounted crane with wedge socket assembly with a headache ball and hook attachment when it was swung over a crane signaler.
