29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: 5050 Kemper Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to operate unguarded equipment. On and about 5/13/2021 employees in the Maintenance Department used a bench grinder which had a tongue guard missing.
