29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded. a) Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH. On or about April 26, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that employees performing abrasive blasting associated operations from a catenary suspension scaffold system were using a horizontal lifeline that was wrapped around concrete columns and in contact with steel I-beams and cross-braces.
