29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. a) Building Exterior: Employees were working on a pump jack scaffold that was not secured at the bottom by rigid triangular or equivalent braces, on or about 3/3/21. The GC Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1445053, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/20, with respect to a workplace located at 81 Courtland Street Paterson NJ 07503.
