29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided. On 1/6/2021, at the Toccoa facility in the production area near the Roto Zip area, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards, as a mounted receptacle box was damaged exposing live parts within.
