29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: On or about 11/25/2020, employees were exposed to fire and health hazards, in that employer failed to ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals were properly labeled and marked with name of products, words and symbols when employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Southern Paint 610 Lacquer Thinner (flammable liquid).
