29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot 97 Coursey's Point Subdivision Felton, DE 19943: On or about November 6, 2020, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a steep roof while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 12 feet above the lower level, were provided adequate fall protection.
