29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Battery changing and charging installations for industrial trucks were not provided with facilities for flushing and neutralizing spilled electrolyte. At 4115 S. Johnson Rd, Chanute, KS in the Fab Shop, the employer failed to provide a spill kit and neutralizing agent for employees servicing forklifts that were equipped with lead acid batteries, exposing employees to chemical burns. 1) Hawker Battery Type 018085F27 in Hyster Model E60XN-33 S/N A268N04136H 2) Hawker Battery Type 018085F25 in Hyundai Model 25BC-7 S/N HHIHFM04AC000137
