29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: The employer is failing to label chemical containers located in the truck maintenance garage exposing employees to chemical exposure hazards . This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 at the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. Secondary containers were not labeled after chemicals were drawn from a source drum and used for longer than one shift.
