29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about 2/6/2020, at workshop area of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while sharpening and/or grinding metal with a bench grinder (i.e. Jet Equipment and Tools. Model No. JBG-6A, 3450 RPM) that had left side workrest separated 1/2-inch from wheel periphery.
