29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Battery Charging Area: Employees are required to service batteries that are used to operate powered industrial trucks, such as, but not limited to, Crown, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Raymond equipment. The employer did not provide an eye wash station for the quick flushing of the eyes, thus exposing employees to an eye injury, on or about 2/5/20.
