29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. At a jobsite located at 5218 Northeast 91st terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64119, an employee was exposed to a serious fall hazard. An employee working on a makeshift scaffold platform above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the ground below.
