29 CFR 1926.451(f)(13): Debris was allowed to accumulate on scaffold platforms: a) Worksite, 57 Glenmore Ave, Montauk NY, West Side of Building - Employees were working on a metal platform of a ladder jack scaffold that was not clear of boxes of cedar shingles, on or about 01/24/2020. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
