29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: A. On or about November 20, 2019, Facility-Wide: The employer had not developed a hazard communication program that described how labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, employee information and training would be met. Employees used two-part chemical insulation in packaging materials and propane for the powered industrial vehicle. Safety data sheets were not available and training had not been conducted.
